Wired Magazine publicized the discovery of the first planet in a four-star system, KIC 4862625 deeming it, "Tatooine Times Two...: An independent analysis, led by graduate astronomy student Veselin Kostov at Johns Hopkins University, also found evidence for an exoplanet within the quadruple star system. Independent confirmation of a result is an important part of the scientific process and this is one of the fastest independently confirmed exoplanets to date"
NewScience.com.au writes about it too..."This research has been confirmed by a Yale-led team of astronomers. In addition to that, an analysis led and conducted independently by Veselin Kostov, a graduate astronomy student of the Johns Hopkins Department of Physics and Astronomy, also provided evidence of the existence of an extrasolar planet orbiting a quadruple star system. Despite having less data, his analysis closely matches that of Yale’s results."
